NU Health Care is part of the Västra Götaland Region and is one of Sweden's larger county hospitals. We are located at NÄL (Norra Älvsborg County Hospital) in Trollhättan and Uddevalla Hospital. The hospital's catchment area includes 280,000 residents. Together, we are about 5,000 employees who work every day to provide good and safe specialist healthcare. We are located on the west coast, and our area offers varied nature with both sea, mountains, forests, and lakes.

Description

Department 95 is a general psychiatric emergency care unit that belongs to NU Health Care's psychiatric clinic.

We are located at Brinkåsen's modern psychiatric facility in Vänersborg. The department employs nurses, specialist nurses, caregivers, and social workers. The medical care is managed by our chief physician together with ST and AT doctors.

We are now looking for a new colleague for day and evening shifts, with some shifts scheduled on weekends.

Job Responsibilities

• Overall collaboration. Coordinate and be responsible for care planning, SVPL & SIP.
• Work leadership.
• Contact person role in collaboration with other colleagues.

Qualifications

Social psychiatric education.

You need to be responsible, empathetic, able to lead work, and have very good collaboration skills. Experience working with patients with psychotic disorders is an advantage as this is the department's focus. Personal suitability is highly valued.
