We are looking for an engaged method supporter for a 1-year temporary position!

Familjehuset in Partille is now seeking a method supporter who wants to help shape the future of social services through early and preventive measures.

In this role, you will work alongside other method supporters to lead the daily operations of a team of about six family therapists.

As a method supervisor with us, you will:

  • Lead and support an engaged team of family therapists and contribute to high quality in our work.
  • Play a key role in the implementation of new methods, routines, and documentation systems.
  • Help drive the organization towards a knowledge-based social service with a focus on legal security and quality.
  • Work alongside dedicated colleagues who always strive to develop and create the best possible conditions for children and youth.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or an equivalent qualification. You should preferably have several years of experience in treatment work with children and youth. We consider it an advantage if you have supervisor training, experience in method development, and the ability to lead others.

We seek someone who sees collaboration and cooperation with others as a prerequisite for success and achieving common goals. With a clear structure, you plan your work in a way that creates security and predictability for employees. You work with quality awareness and systematically follow up and ensure quality to meet applicable requirements and goals. As a leader, you are secure, inspiring, and coaching, while also daring to challenge your employees. You have the ability to see the big picture and create effective work processes, along with a strong commitment to developing work methods that make a real difference for our youth.

Good to know

Interviews are scheduled to be held on 11/2 from 1-3 PM, 12/2 from 10 AM-12 PM, and 19/2 from 1-3 PM.

Familjehuset belongs to the social and labor administration's open care for children and youth and is a stable workplace with close leadership. We work both preventively and therapeutically with parents, children, youth, and families. Currently, 17 people with various competencies and experiences work at Familjehuset.
