HR Specialist (Temporary Position)

In the HR function, organized under the municipal executive office, 10 employees work under the leadership of the HR manager. The HR function consists of payroll administrators, system managers, HR specialists, and a staffing unit.

JOB DESCRIPTION

One of our experienced HR specialists will be on leave for about a year, and we are looking for someone to fill in during her absence. Your role will focus on providing qualified support to our managers on HR issues, primarily in labor law and salary formation. In this role, you will have many different contacts, both internally and externally, such as with managers, employees, and union representatives.

In addition to focusing on the above areas, you will also work on other HR-related issues together with our other HR specialist and other colleagues in the HR function.

Start date for the temporary position: May or June 2026.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in HR or another qualification that the employer deems relevant. You have experience in qualified HR work where you have independently handled HR issues. It is an advantage if you have worked in the public sector and have experience in labor law, interpreting collective agreements, salary formation, union negotiations, and contributing to the development of guidelines, processes, and governing documents within HR.

To succeed in this role, you need to be trustworthy, communicative, self-driven, and flexible. The work requires good administrative and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in using Office365 and other HR systems. You have an interest in using AI in HR work.

A valid B driver's license is required.
