Do you want to help ensure the quality of our bus operations in Eskilstuna? We are looking for a Quality Manager who wants to take responsibility for our ongoing work to deliver safe and reliable journeys for our customers every day. The Quality Manager is a key person regarding all data handling and reporting in the quality management system. As Quality Manager, you will report to our Business Developer. You will drive the work with internal control activities continuously and coordinate both internal and external quality audits. In addition, you will be a key player in our efforts to continuously develop towards a more data-driven operation.

Responsibilities Your main task is to ensure that we follow established routines and carry out decided controls throughout the organization regarding traffic safety, work environment, and quality.

The position also includes more technical tasks such as being responsible for handling all data/image material from camera systems and other technical equipment. Currently, the Quality Manager is also responsible for networks and systems.

The Quality Manager also participates operationally in producing reports and presentations, as well as developing structures and data collection for reporting. The position also includes handling invoicing documentation and following up on all documentation related to invoicing towards the client.

Your background To succeed in the role of Quality Manager with us, we believe you have experience working in similar roles. You have knowledge of or interest in both environmental and quality issues within the transport sector. You are resilient and effective during peak workloads and under time pressure. You are motivated by being visible and present in the organization. You have a good ability to plan, prioritize, and organize your work and time effectively. You also have the ability to create engagement and participation, and you work goal- and result-oriented.

You master the entire MS Office suite and are an advanced user of Excel. You need to be able to work with database management and be able to write scripts. A general good knowledge of networks and related hardware is an asset. Basic knowledge of Power BI is a requirement, advanced knowledge is an asset.
