We at LF Sörmland are looking for you who want to be part of our team in the role of Corporate Advisor Bank. You can choose to be placed at our office in Eskilstuna or Nyköping. There is also the possibility to work remotely to some extent and from our offices in Katrineholm or Strängnäs.

In the role of Corporate Advisor Bank, you will work with:
- Being a business partner to entrepreneurs and contributing to their development,
- Building and developing long-term customer relationships through active dialogue and presence.
- Identifying business opportunities and turning them into sustainable solutions.
- Working with financing and credit issues, from everyday needs to more complex transactions.
- Analyzing companies' finances, cash flows, and risks,
- Collaborating with specialists in insurance and pensions to create comprehensive solutions.
- Being an active part of our journey forward by contributing to the development of our processes, working methods, and corporate culture.
The role allows for significant room for independent judgment, business acumen, and professional advice – within the framework of Länsförsäkringar's values and regulations.

What we believe you need to succeed
We are looking for someone with strong business understanding who thrives in an advisory role with a clear customer focus. You may have a background in banking, but equally from sales, finance, accounting, auditing, corporate advisory, or related fields.
For this role, we see that you have:
- Good understanding of business economics and transactions.
- Experience in building relationships, selling, and creating trust.
- Enjoy working independently and taking personal responsibility.
- The ability to see the big picture and find practical solutions.
- Communicate clearly and with confidence.
- Dare to challenge and contribute new ideas.
- Enjoy working digitally and have a high digital maturity.
It is a plus if you also have:
- Experience in corporate sales or advisory.
- Education in finance or equivalent.
- SwedSec license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Local knowledge of the business community in Sörmland.
