Preschool Operations

is part of the Education Administration. We work for an equitable preschool where every child's right to education is in focus, clarifying professional roles and responsibilities for preschool teachers and childcare workers. Our vision is that the preschool should support every child regardless of their circumstances so that everyone has the opportunity to develop towards the goals. Our goal is to offer supportive learning in an inspiring and safe environment that meets the needs of individuals and society. Continuous professional development and networking take place with us. We have a comprehensive professional development plan and five study days per year. The Preschool Operations have their own special educators. All our preschools have work clothes, both for indoor and outdoor use, as part of our efforts to increase attendance in the operations.

Therefore, we offer a broad and deep operation where we give you opportunities, regardless of your goals. Preschool Unit Bråstorp

consists of three preschools: Bråstorp, Skogsgläntan, and Västra Bråstorp. The Bråstorp Preschool Unit has a flexible learning environment where children's thoughts and interests form the basis for their play and learning. They also have their own kitchen where food is prepared from scratch. Västra Bråstorp Preschool is Sweden's most environmentally friendly preschool.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• You work flexibly within our three preschools and support the educational activities.
• Together with the team, you drive goal-oriented processes that promote care, development, and learning.
• You ensure that the preschool's values and mission permeate the work.
• You are knowledgeable about the preschool curriculum and work according to the childcare worker's area of responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying have a high school childcare education, the child and leisure program, or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent. It is an advantage if you have experience working with children in preschool or other work that the employer assesses as equivalent. You have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.

You are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. You have the interest, will, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions. You easily adapt, develop, and learn new things according to changing requirements, conditions, or circumstances.

You take the initiative in social contexts, step forward, and find it easy to create and maintain new relationships.
