The client is a teenage girl who lives at home with her parents and siblings. She enjoys socializing, having coffee, playing games, watching TV, and participating in various activities, such as obstacle courses and swimming.

We are looking for someone who wants to work extra and can step in as needed in the afternoons, during school breaks, and on weekends. Working hours are planned according to agreement and need. On weekdays, working hours can be for example from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM or from 3:45 PM to 6:00 PM, when the client comes home from school. During weekends and breaks, the work is usually from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

We are looking for someone who is social, active, and driven, but who also enjoys quieter moments such as board games and movies. The work is always tailored to the client's needs, daily condition, and wishes.

The job may involve physical tasks, including transfers, which means good physical ability is important. The ability to remain calm and proactive in stressful situations is also necessary, as the client has epilepsy and may have seizures.

The client is looking for a fun and creative person with a good sense of humor. You should be meticulous and able to work independently with the client's best interests in focus. Since the client needs assistance with swimming, it is required that you are a good swimmer. Experience in similar work is an advantage.

In addition to this, we would like you to:

• Be a woman, aged 20-30

• Speak fluent Swedish

• Have previous experience in LSS (preferable)

• Not have any pet allergies as there are cats in the client's home

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
