We are looking for a curator with a strong interest in mental health for the psychiatric outpatient clinic in Motala. We offer a unique opportunity to gain broad competence in a stimulating work environment. We work based on a cohesive care chain with treatment responsibility in outpatient and inpatient care, meaning we follow the patient regardless of where they are in the care chain, in close collaboration with each other. Every day is an opportunity to learn something new, encounter new questions and challenges, collaborate, plan, and develop the work closely with colleagues and management. The psychiatric clinic is located at the hospital in Motala.

Job Description
Here you meet individuals who have fallen ill or worsened in their mental health, but especially individuals within the autism spectrum. We work in multidisciplinary teams together with the patient, where our goal is to meet the patient's needs and plan continued care needs together with the patient. We work from a holistic perspective, which means that family engagement and support for relatives may be part of the tasks. The breadth of the work makes the days with us varied and eventful.
As a curator, you work with psychosocial assessment and treatment work with individuals, families, networks, and groups. You are the team's consultant regarding legislation and patients' rights to support in society. You work to highlight the significance of societal factors for the individual's mental health/illness by promoting and participating in collaboration with internal and external actors.

Common to all new employees is a mentor who guides you into the team and helps you get into routines, as well as follow-up conversations with your immediate supervisor.
About You
We welcome you who are a trained social worker. Experience working within specialist psychiatry is advantageous, as is experience with individuals on the autism spectrum, and if you are a licensed health and medical care curator. The work requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different professions. We expect you to be interested in method development and clinical application based on current research.
You are often described as a team player with good collaboration skills. We want you, like us, to have a good approach, a positive attitude, and focus on the patient's best interests. You have a creative and problem-solving ability, are flexible, take initiative, plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. You should have a strong interest in collaborating with other professional categories. We place great importance on personal maturity and your desire to engage and develop your work.
Application and Employment
The position is a permanent employment that may begin with a 6-month probationary period, with start date to be agreed upon. Interviews will take place on the afternoon of February 19 and February 20.
