LSS Case Officer at the Social Administration
The position is placed within the Social Administration, which is one of eight administrations in Linköping Municipality. The Social Administration is responsible for authority exercise, ordering of services, and self-management within the areas of individual and family care, LSS, and social psychiatry. We ensure that all residents receive the support they are entitled to.

Your tasks
We are now looking for an LSS Case Officer for the adult department, investigation, and follow-up. The work consists of investigative work and follow-up of decided services according to SOL and LSS aimed at the target group within LSS. The work also includes motivational work (MI) as well as providing information and advice to users and partners. Other tasks include collaboration internally within the administration and externally with other relevant actors such as providers and health care.
As an LSS Case Officer for the LSS target group, no two days are the same. It is a challenging, fun, and important job where you get a chance to contribute. Support in your work includes mentors, case supervision from the workgroup, external supervision, administrative support, senior social worker, and support from the unit manager.
Your workplace
The Social Administration is a relatively newly organized administration, meaning an administration in change. Here we work with a flexible approach to meet the challenges that exist together, especially the new social services act and the opportunities it brings. The unit consists of both LSS case officers and assistance assessors who help each other within the group. There is also a unit manager and two senior social workers. The unit works closely with SF individual and family care as well as closely with the team from the Housing Unit.
Working hours are scheduled weekdays from 07:50 to 17:00 and 07:50 to 16:00 during the summer months with flexible working hours. Possibility for remote work exists by agreement, when deemed appropriate based on the needs of the business and personal circumstances. We work activity-based and sit in newly renovated fresh office landscapes at Drottninggatan 45.
Who you are
We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or behavioral science. If you have taken courses in social work, social law, administrative law, and psychology, this is considered an advantage.
It is highly meritorious if you have work experience in authority work. If you also have work experience in LSS, SoL, as well as experience in work related to mental health, we consider this advantageous. It is also desirable if you have experience with IBIC and the operational system Treserva. In this position, a B driver's license is required as travel occurs in the job. The position involves collaboration with both internal and external contacts with associated documentation, which requires good Swedish in both spoken and written form.

As a person, you are secure and can see relationships in their proper perspective and can distinguish between the personal and the professional.
