We offer a meaningful job alongside experienced, secure colleagues who have their hearts in the right place. HVB A.R.T provides care and accommodation for children in a safe environment. The child gets to feel involved in their care in a family-like context with high structure. It is a smaller HVB home that creates the opportunity to work more intensively and closely with the child.

HVB A.R.T has two homes in a homely, nicely furnished environment with proximity to forest and nature. One is located in the countryside outside Tranås and the other outside Ödeshög. Our core values are to believe in each individual's own abilities. Every child is unique and has different needs and wishes. In our work, we focus on the best interests of the child and young person. Our philosophy is to meet the children with humanity, warmth, and respect, which creates safety for us.

At HVB A.R.T, we want you to come in with positive energy and a heart to help the children succeed. We want you, together with your colleagues, to make the children feel safe through warmth, joy, and boundaries. You should have a professional approach and demeanor and take responsibility for building relationships with the children. You will work with the treatment and care of the children, daily planning, documentation, and also contribute to keeping the home clean and fresh, doing activities with the children, both small and large. Many of the children and young people enjoy fishing, playing football, being outdoors in the forest, swimming, going to the movies, etc. They also enjoy bathing in our own sauna where they can take a dip just outside.

If you also enjoy having fun at work, you have found the right place. For us, it is important that we in the staff group have fun together with each other and our children and young people. With us, you will find a group of nice colleagues in an unpretentious environment.

We prefer that you are an educated treatment assistant, treatment/social pedagogue, social worker, behavioral scientist, nursing assistant with a psychiatric focus, or other education that the employer deems equivalent.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A driver's license (B) is a requirement.
