A woman in Söderköping is now looking for a personal assistant. She is active, studying remotely through the University of Gothenburg, writing books, and giving lectures across the country – and loves makeup, music, and dog walks. She uses a manual wheelchair indoors and a power wheelchair outdoors, and needs help with most daily activities: household chores, personal hygiene, makeup, daily structure – and sometimes taking notes during lectures.

Therefore, we are looking for someone who:

• Is smoke-free, self-assured, and independent
• Has good physical condition, as lifting is involved
• Can express themselves very well in Swedish, both spoken and written – this is a requirement
• Has a sense for the little extra – like applying makeup on someone else and making it feel like a boost, not a chore
• Can travel within Sweden occasionally
• Loves dogs, music, and a social yet responsible job

Working hours are usually scheduled from 5:00 PM to 7:30 AM (with 5.5 hours of sleeping duty) and every other weekend. The position is approximately 60%. We start with a temporary hourly contract so that you can assess if it’s a good fit. If it works well, the position will transition to a fixed-term contract as long as the assistance assignment lasts.
