The position of project manager is located in the Secretariat and Development Department, which is organized under the Management Sector.

The department consists of 14 employees and is responsible for coordinating work on public health/social sustainability, democracy and human rights, rural development, international issues, support for the municipality's elected officials, case management, registration, committee administration, and archives.

Your future tasks

Camp Grosvad is part of Finspång Municipality's summer program and involves four weeks filled with play, activities, and excursions for the municipality's elementary school children.

As a project manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing Camp Grosvad. You will have a number of the municipality's summer workers to assist you.

The position is a part-time employment for planning and preparation from 2025-04-01 and full-time starting from 2025-06-01.

Who are you?

You have completed your secondary education. Early childhood education or teaching qualifications, as well as experience in administrative work, project management, work with children/youth, and camp leadership are advantageous.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. We are looking for a person who is social and has good collaboration skills. It is important that you, as the project manager for Camp Grosvad, have good leadership qualities and are clear in your communication. Furthermore, you need to be structured and have good habits in planning your own work.
