As a mentor, you will be responsible for planning activities and guiding job seekers towards employment and studies.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you

• are passionate about helping people
• are comfortable with administrative tasks
• are communicative
• are results-oriented
• master Swedish and English in both spoken and written forms.

Requirements for the mentor's qualifications

Option 1

• At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) or equivalent credits from a vocational college in the areas of; Work life, organization and personnel work, study and career guidance, business administration, pedagogy, work psychology, behavioral science, occupational therapy or social work education.
• At least two years of full-time work experience in the last five years (in any field).

Option 2

• At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade.
• At least three years of full-time work experience in the following profession or tasks; Leadership with personnel responsibility, recruitment, transition work for job seekers, study and career guidance, handling personnel issues, work with labor and labor market issues, work with social and group psychology, career guidance, pedagogy.

Meritorious

• Experience in coaching, recruitment
• Driver's license
• Foreign languages
