In the sector of Work and Individuals, we organize individual and family care, labor market, support for people with disabilities, integration, and adult education.

Job Responsibilities

As a substitute in personal assistance, you will work to enable individuals to live as independently as possible.

Working with people with various disabilities is a broad, fun, and challenging job that places high demands on commitment, response, collaboration, and endurance.

You will be our customers' extended arm in everyday life, which may involve supporting them in various daily activities such as personal care, delegated tasks, household chores, and leisure activities. Documentation is part of the job responsibilities and requires you to use a valid bank ID.

Qualifications

We prefer that you have an education in nursing programs, child and leisure programs, support pedagogy training, treatment assistant, or other relevant education that the employer deems equivalent.

Previous experience working with the target group is an advantage.

A B driver's license, manual transmission is an advantage.

You who apply should have a genuine interest in working with people, dare to take on new challenges, and want to gain new experiences for the future. You have a good response and a good ability to collaborate. You are reliable, feel responsible for your tasks, and can take your own initiatives. You are comfortable with the fact that the tasks and needs of our customers may vary and adapt to circumstances and daily conditions.

To communicate and document, good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing is required. We prioritize individuals with the right competencies for the operation and place great importance on personal suitability.

Working as a substitute in support for people with disabilities means that you will cover for short-term absences.
