Sunne Municipality is looking for a trained nursing assistant who wants to work as a personal assistant.

You will be part of a safe and committed team around a woman with significant care needs.

Job Responsibilities:

We work in teams based on implementation plans and support and assist the client in many areas of life. You will help the client in their daily life with tasks such as household chores, personal care, and accompanying them to activities. The client is wheelchair-bound, and the job includes assistance with transfers and lifting. You are a responsive, calm, and warm person with empathy and a caring attitude, as well as an understanding of the client's life situation. You will be part of a team where high demands are placed on cooperation, responsibility, and flexibility.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, and has relevant high school education, such as healthcare and nursing education or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. Experience working with people with disabilities is a merit. You have an interest and commitment to people in need of special support. Furthermore, you have a professional demeanor, are attentive, and perform your duties with the client in focus. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. A valid B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement.

Conditions

The position is 75% and involves day, evening, and weekend work. There may be a possibility for increased working hours for a limited period. The employment may also involve work at another workplace. Sunne Municipality applies annual working time for these positions. Interviews will be conducted continuously during the recruitment period, and employment decisions may be made before the application deadline.
