Korpen Karlstad is a sports club that creates training sessions, classes, tournaments, and leagues in a variety of sports. We focus on joy in movement and community rather than performance. If you have fun together with others, we have succeeded!
We are looking for someone who wants to help children with diagnoses to have an active leisure time. We meet for an hour a week on Tuesdays from 5 PM to 6 PM in the gymnasium of Råtorpsskolan, where we build obstacle courses, play games, try different sports each time, and have fun together with the aim of strengthening the children's self-esteem, sense of community, and success in a group. We work with visual support, possibly a timer, and a clear structure to ensure that the children feel secure in the concept.
You should have experience with children with diagnoses, have great patience, a broad perspective, and think outside the box. You should have a positive and cheerful leadership style, but also be clear and flexible. Does this sound interesting? Email us your application!
