In this position, we are looking for someone who is curious about people and motivated by seeing others achieve their goals! As a Career Counselor with us, you will work both structured, independently, and creatively to identify the most suitable pathways for individuals into the labor market. Your guidance will primarily consist of individual conversations, but sometimes also group activities and study visits. A meaningful and varied position where you can truly make a difference for people.

The work is carried out within the framework of the Employment Agency's national career guidance strategy, where the goal is to increase job seekers' career competence - that is, knowledge and understanding of themselves and different pathways to the labor market. The overall purpose is to support people in making well-thought-out choices to achieve a sustainable working life in the long run.

• A degree from the Career Counseling Program (requirement)

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Good knowledge of the Office suite

• Is attentive, solution-oriented, and structured in your work approach

• Is driven to motivate and develop people
