We are approximately 350 colleagues within the Child and Education Administration working within four school areas with children and students aged 1-16. We work to ensure that all children and young people have a good learning environment where they feel safe and are given the opportunity to achieve good results. Responsibilities

As a special educator, you are a qualified advisor and development resource for the preschool principals and educators. You work both strategically and operationally close to the business to develop an accessible education where all children are given the conditions to succeed. You supervise work teams, conduct pedagogical assessments, and contribute to the development of inclusive learning environments. You participate in systematic quality work and collaborate with guardians and external actors as needed.

Qualifications

Requirements for the position

• Degree in Special Education.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
• Good computer literacy.
• Category B driver's license.
• Genuine interest in working with people.

It is meritorious if you have experience as a special educator in preschools, have collaborated with e.g., SPSM, and have experience with documentation in Prorenata. As a person, you are secure, professional, and have good self-insight. You collaborate well with others and build trusting relationships. With your special educational competence, you guide and support educators and adapt your communication to the recipient and situation. You work systematically, plan, and prioritize your work effectively and contribute to the development of the activity through a positive and responsible approach. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Conditions

The position is a permanent full-time (100%) employment where a probationary period may apply. Due to holiday periods, it may take some time before we have the opportunity to answer questions about the position.
