Grums Municipality consists of eight municipal preschools led by two principals in close collaboration, focusing on equality and quality in education. Here, you have excellent conditions to be close to the children and contribute to their development and learning in a secure and stimulating environment.

We are now looking for a preschool teacher for a four-month temporary position, with the possibility of extension, at Mossens Preschool. The preschool is centrally located in Grums and consists of three units, with the position placed in a unit for older children.

You will become part of an engaged work team where you together develop education, teaching, and learning environments for the children.

Job Responsibilities

Your duties as a preschool teacher include, among other things:

• Plan, implement, follow up, and evaluate teaching in accordance with the preschool curriculum.
• Adapt education and use various communication channels to meet the needs of all children.
• Collaborate with special needs educators in the pedagogical work.
• Create a stimulating, secure, and educational environment.
• Contribute to the development of the activity and learning environments in collaboration with the work team, based on the curriculum.
• Work systematically with documentation, observation, reflection, and analysis using the documentation tool Tyra.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified preschool teacher.

You have a good ability to see and meet the different needs of children based on their individual prerequisites. You value good conversation highly in your interactions with children, within the work team, and in contact with guardians.

Commitment to the task and a desire to develop in your professional role together with colleagues are important parts. You thrive in an activity characterized by responsibility, flexibility, and collaboration.

As a person, you are sensitive, humble, and secure in your professional role with a professional attitude. You maintain your composure even in situations that require flexibility and structure.

In our activity, everyone who is to be employed to work with children and young people must, according to law (2000:873), present a clean criminal record extract (work within school and preschool). • Salary: Monthly salary.
• Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
