Do you want to strengthen students' learning in mathematics, science, and technology? We are now looking for a certified teacher for grades 7–9 at Nyeds School.

At Nyeds School, teaching is at the center. We are currently making a special effort to develop mathematics teaching with a focus on conceptual understanding, problem-solving, and systematic follow-up of students' learning. Here, you will have the opportunity to help develop teaching and contribute to the school's ongoing quality work.

Responsibilities

As a teacher with us, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching in mathematics, science, and technology for students in grades 7–9. You work actively to create teaching that is structured, accessible, and challenging, while contributing to students' knowledge development and goal fulfillment.

You analyze students' results and adapt teaching based on their needs. Together with colleagues, you participate in systematic quality work and contribute to developing teaching and the school's operations.

You build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues and contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment where students are given the prerequisites to develop as far as possible.

Qualifications

To be considered for the position, you must be a certified teacher with the eligibility to teach mathematics, science, and technology for grades 7–9.

It is meritorious if you also have eligibility or experience teaching in grade 6 or younger.

We are looking for you who work independently and take responsibility for driving your work forward. You are structured, clear, and create a safe and predictable learning environment for the students. Through your pedagogical insight, you adapt teaching to students' different needs and prerequisites. You build good relationships and collaborate well with students, guardians, and colleagues. Furthermore, you focus on students' learning and use follow-up and analysis to contribute to good results.
