RESPONSIBILITIES
Special Educational Resource Teacher for Lower Primary School
Do you want to help create the best conditions for students' learning and development? We are now looking for an engaged employee for a special educational position in the lower grades of primary school.
The position is aimed at you who have a strong interest in working with students in need of support and who want to contribute to an inclusive learning environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed based on their own prerequisites.
Job Duties
As a special educational resource teacher, you work closely with students, teachers, and student health services to support students' knowledge development and social development. You carry out pedagogical support measures both individually and in groups, and contribute to the development of accessible learning environments.
The assignment includes, among other things:
- Providing support to students in need of special assistance.
- Collaborating with teachers regarding adaptations and pedagogical strategies.
- Participating in student health work and contributing a special educational perspective.
- Working preventively and promotively to strengthen students' learning and participation.
- Contributing to the development of inclusive working methods in the activity.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who:
- Have a preschool teacher degree or a teacher degree with eligibility for the lower grades of primary school.
- Have a great interest in special educational issues and students' different prerequisites for learning.
- Have good ability to collaborate and create trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
It is meritorious if you:
- Have completed a basic course or equivalent education within special education.
- Have experience working with students in need of special assistance.
- Have started or are interested in starting further education within special education or special teacher training.
