We are now looking for an assistant for a 50% position. Previous experience in similar tasks is an advantage, but not a requirement. We will place greater emphasis on your personal qualities. You are a reliable person who can work independently while also collaborating well in a team, as you will always be working with a colleague around the clock. You have good social skills and can easily sense another person's needs and emotional state. Being able to speak Swedish is a requirement.

Personal assistance is a service profession aimed at enabling the client to live as independently as possible based on their circumstances. Therefore, a large part of the tasks is based on being attentive and solution-focused. The practical tasks include helping the woman with all her basic needs. Where needed, there are lifts available to assist with transfers. You will always work together with a colleague. The working hours are scheduled around the clock and throughout the year.

We offer all necessary introduction and training for all new employees, so you can feel secure in your role as a personal assistant. You will also receive training recommended by A-Assistans.

Our offices are located in Hudiksvall, Karlstad, Gothenburg, Östersund, and Umeå. The goal of our operations is for our clients to be able to live as independently as possible. We have collective agreements: Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants. Vacation pay, OB compensation, and other salary supplements are included according to the agreement.
