We are currently looking for someone who wants to be part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant, as needed, for a woman in Hagfors.

What does the position entail?

In this role, you will work with an adult woman with autism. She lives in her own home and thrives best with clear routines, structure, and predictability in her daily life.

The job involves providing support in daily activities, such as personal care, household chores, meals, and activities both inside and outside the home. Your workplace is where the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful.

You will work independently but will be part of a small team of colleagues who have regular contact with management. The work is both independent and collaborative, requiring patience and commitment.

The working hours are split shifts and vary between a couple of hours in the morning as well as afternoon and evening shifts.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for. Due to the needs and the split shifts, we would like you to have another occupation that you can combine with this assignment.

We hope that you:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.

• can understand and communicate in Swedish.

• can work flexible hours - days, evenings, and weekends.

• have a driver's license and access to a car.

• have experience in care and support (this is a plus, but not a requirement).

Employment type: hourly employment

Scope: as needed, and substitute during summer vacations

Start date: by agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
