I am an elderly woman looking for a personal assistant for a part-time position of 60%.

About the Position

The working hours are divided into two shifts: 07:30–14:30 and 14:30–19:30. The position also involves working every third weekend, with working hours of 08:30–17:30 on Saturdays and Sundays.

As my personal assistant, you will be an important part of my daily life. Your task is to support me based on my needs, both physically and mentally, so that I can live an independent and secure life.

Personal qualities are crucial in this profession. I am looking for someone who:

✔ Is attentive and can interpret my needs.

✔ Is flexible and enjoys taking responsibility.

✔ Is calm, empathetic, and has great respect for personal integrity.

You need to be able to speak and write in Swedish. Experience with assistance, power wheelchairs, and patient lifts is an advantage but not a requirement – the most important thing is that we work well together.

As the job involves close assistance, I am looking for a female assistant.
