We are looking for substitute personal assistants for our clients in Forshaga!

During the summer, there is an opportunity for a fixed schedule of approximately 50%, and during the rest of the year, you will step in as a substitute when other assistants are on leave or sick. Since it often takes a long time to learn the job, we want you to view the substitute role as a long-term commitment. Perhaps you are a student or have a part-time job with the possibility of working extra hours?

We are looking for someone with a great interest and commitment to working with people who need extra help and support in their daily lives. You are proactive and easily adapt to different conditions. It is important that you enjoy having fun and have a twinkle in your eye! We wish that you have experience working with people in various situations, preferably within care.

Your Tasks
The work involves assisting the person entitled to assistance with everything from personal hygiene, eating, and household chores to coming up with fun activities.

About the Employment
As a substitute, you are employed by a specific client. Before you start working, you will receive a thorough introduction. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, night (on-call), and weekends.

Requirements and Advantages
It is a requirement that you are non-smoking. Our clients regularly swim in public pools, which means you cannot be allergic to chlorine. Since many of our clients have difficulties with communication, good knowledge of Swedish is required. It is an advantage if you have a driver's license; please state this in your application.
