Your workplace

Intensive Interventions is the reception for child and adolescent psychiatry where we offer psychiatric high-quality care. Care and treatment are provided in outpatient settings. Our working model means that we work in teams where there are always two people meeting patients for assessment and treatment. Our workgroup is characterized by a good atmosphere where we support and encourage each other and offer a high degree of competence in every patient meeting.

The Intensive Interventions unit works with continuous improvements and develops qualitative and effective treatment pathways.

Your tasks

As a social worker, your tasks primarily consist of intensive treatment directed at children and their families.

Intensive treatment directed at children and their families takes place through home visits or at our reception, as well as external and internal collaboration forms. We work across the entire Värmland region.

Your knowledge and competencies

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work and further training in CBT level 1. Experience in psychiatry and/or working with children and adolescents is an advantage. Since the position involves travel, a valid driver's license (B) is required.

As a person, you are secure and stable, able to independently plan and prioritize your work. You are structured and meticulous in your work approach while also collaborating well with others.
