About the Job

We are now looking for personal assistants for a soon-to-be 7-year-old girl. Experience with NPF diagnoses is a requirement, and as an assistant, you need to be close to her throughout the work shift. The family lives in central Karlstad.

The position is a needs-based employment.

We see that you are a playful, cheerful person who is self-driven, responsible, and possesses patience and calm. As a person, you enjoy working with children and adolescents, have ideas, humor, and naturally participate in activities and teamwork.

Your workplace will be in the girl's home and close to the rest of her family. You are someone who values the girl's and the family's personal integrity and privacy, as this is of utmost importance to us.

Working hours are during the day and evening on all weekdays.

We offer all necessary introduction and training for all new employees, so you feel secure in your role as a personal assistant. You will also be able to attend the training recommended by A-Assistans. Your application documents will be reviewed by staff at A-Assistans as well as by the client's relatives.

We have collective agreements: Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants. Vacation pay, OB compensation, and other salary supplements are provided according to agreements. We also offer a wellness allowance of 2,000 SEK for full-time employment per year, coffee breaks at work, and other benefits.
