JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of a personal assistant means becoming an important part of another person's daily life. You are there as a reliable support in both small and large moments, from helping with personal care and practical tasks at home to creating structure, accompanying on activities, and contributing to a meaningful and active day. The role is as much about presence and responsiveness as it is about practical tasks.

You help make everyday life function, but also ensure that it is pleasant, safe, and filled with opportunities. As an assistant, you become someone the client can trust, someone who notices the details, adapts to the day's condition, and always works with respect for the individual's integrity and wishes. This is a job for you who truly want to make a difference.

Both care and health and social care (HSL) tasks are included in the job responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in working with people and a high work ethic. You should be driven, confident, and not afraid of challenges. You should be comfortable with working independently and able to make decisions on your own. It is also important to function well in a team. Personal suitability is highly valued.

We prefer candidates with care education or personal assistant training. Previous experience in the assistance profession is an advantage.

You need to have a valid B driver's license for manual transmission.
