Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a social worker to join our team, focusing on young adults aged 18-24. Our responsibilities include all authority functions, investigations according to SoL, LVU, and LVM, as well as follow-up of interventions, processing of financial assistance, and a focus on becoming self-sufficient.
Our working method is solution-focused, utilizing Signs of Safety, and we actively work with parallel interventions, close collaboration, and a belief in individuals' ability to create change. We believe in transparency and that we, as authority figures, are a tool for people on their journey towards self-sufficiency and a better life.
Social workers independently drive processes to support individuals towards a better life and economic self-sufficiency, while receiving substantial support from experienced colleagues, case supervisors, and unit managers.

You will also receive a personal mentor and an introduction to help you gradually acclimate to the work. External supervision and continuous professional development are also offered. Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a degree in social work and experience in authority functions within social services. You should have a strong ability to gather, analyze, assess, and communicate information, as well as be comfortable collaborating with community members, colleagues, and partners.
Some form of solution-focused training is desirable, along with good knowledge of how our community partners operate. You need to be open to working in an environment where priorities may shift based on changing circumstances. In addition to competence and experience, special consideration will be given to personal qualities that complement the team.
A valid driver's license (B) for manual transmission is required.
Experience is required.
