I am a 29-year-old woman living in Östra Värmland and I need to expand my assistant group with new stars!

You who are applying should be a woman and non-smoker. If you like horses and have good physical fitness, this job is for you! You don’t need to be as strong as Pippi Longstocking, but it’s preferable that you have no issues with your back and neck since some manual lifting is involved. Since I ride at a riding school and swim in chlorinated water, it’s not suitable if you are allergic to horses, afraid of horses, or sensitive to chlorine.

If you also enjoy ice hockey, music, theater, musicals, bowling, shopping, games, and travel, then this job is for you!

Since I value my self-determination, it is important that you are willing to work in the situations that arise, whether we are at home or traveling. I do not want my assistants to limit my life but to enrich it!

If you are ready to commit long-term, then you should apply for the job! I need continuity in my daily life, so it is very important for me to have a stable assistant group.

I need help with my communication, so you need to be attentive to my needs.

My assistants often work in pairs, so you should have good teamwork skills. If you are also flexible, have a good work ethic, sense of duty, and a positive attitude towards the job, we will have a lot of fun together; I love to have fun!

Since there are limited opportunities for public transport to my location, it is a requirement that you have a driver’s license and also access to a car to get to and from work.

Position 1:

Permanent employment, average 32.88 hours/week. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, nights (sleeping on call), and weekends. Immediate start.

Position 2:

Temporary position, average 31 hours/week from 2026-03-03 to 2026-06-10 with good opportunities for extension thereafter. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, nights (sleeping on call), and weekends. Immediate start for introduction.

Position 3:

Hourly employment as needed. You may work certain scheduled shifts as well as during regular staff's sick leave and vacation. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, nights (sleeping on call), and sometimes weekends. Immediate start.
