We are looking for a full-time personal assistant

We are now looking for a personal assistant for one of our customers with autism. The position is full-time, and working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

Fixed-term employment (equivalent to permanent employment in personal assistance where the position continues as long as the customer has a need).

We are looking for someone who is secure, calm, and attentive with a genuine commitment to working with people. You need to be responsible, flexible, and have a good ability to work independently.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Meritorious:

• Experience working as a personal assistant
• Experience working with individuals with autism

Working as a personal assistant can look very different depending on the disability of the customer, just as we are all different individuals whether we have a disability or not. It is important to have a sense of how to read the customer's preferences in different situations.
