We are looking for another employee for the adult group of social services.

As a social worker in the adult group, you will be part of a team of seven social workers, one integration officer, and a unit manager who provides support and guidance in daily work. The social services also include a children and youth group and outpatient care, where work is done in close collaboration. The organization also has several caseworkers who provide significant support with, among other things, administration and management of funds. In our adult group, there are also budget and debt advisors. The workplace has a positive team spirit where we support each other in daily tasks.

We actively work with competence supply and offer you the opportunity to develop in your professional role. We apply flexible working hours for a better balance between work and private life.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

In the adult group, cases primarily concerning financial assistance, addiction, and domestic violence are handled. You work closely with other employees within social services and together with external authorities and actors.

You preferably have an education as a social worker or another academic qualification deemed equivalent. Experience in the field is an important merit.

You should be easy to collaborate with and have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing. Personal suitability is highly valued. You must have a valid driver's license (category B).
