JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of social worker/assistance assessor within LSS and SoL involves conducting qualified investigations, making and following up on decisions. The work includes implementing coordinated individual plans to provide comprehensive care and support with the user at the center.

You will have ongoing contact with users, relatives, and other professionals, and are responsible for coordinating efforts to meet the individual's needs in the best possible way. The assignment also includes following up on decisions, documentation according to legal requirements, and contributing to the development of working methods and routines within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are primarily looking for someone who is a social worker, holds a degree in social care, or another equivalent higher education that is relevant to the field. The work requires that you are well acquainted with primarily the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS), the Administrative Procedure Act, and the Social Services Act. Investigative work is an advantage, as well as knowledge of the target group of people with disabilities and the elderly.

As a person, you have a high level of personal maturity, are secure, stable, and thrive in a self-directed role where you easily take your own initiatives. You are structured with a good ability to organize and prioritize your work effectively.

You should have good collaboration skills and a professional approach, as the assistance assessor constantly has contacts with many different partners.

You also have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing. Experience working with the Lifecare system is an advantage. A valid driver's license (B) is required. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

OTHER

To perform certain tasks involving sensitive information, employees may need to log in with their personal e-identification. E-identification is an electronic identity document that can be compared to other forms of identification, such as a passport.
