Sunne municipality is looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant.

You will be part of a safe and committed team around our customers in need of a personal assistant. We work with co-planning, which means that several workplaces/customers may occur.

Job Responsibilities:

We work in teams based on implementation plans and support and assist the customer in many areas of life. You will help the customer in their daily life with tasks such as household chores, personal care, and accompanying them to activities. The work includes assistance with transfers and lifts.

You are a responsive, calm, and warm person with empathy and a sense of care, as well as an understanding of the customer's life situation. You will be part of a team where high demands are placed on collaboration skills, responsibility, and flexibility.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, and preferably has relevant high school education, such as care and nursing education or other education that the employer deems equivalent. Experience working with people with disabilities is an advantage. You have an interest and commitment to people in need of special support. Furthermore, you have a professional approach, are attentive, and perform your duties with the customer in focus. You must master the Swedish language in both speech and writing and have good computer skills. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. A valid B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement.

Conditions

The positions are of varying employment degrees full-time/part-time and involve day, evening, and weekend shifts. The employment may also involve work at another workplace. Sunne municipality applies annual working hours for these positions. Interviews will be conducted continuously during the recruitment period, and employment decisions may be made before the application deadline.
