We are now looking to expand our team in Arvika with an additional personal assistant for a young man who needs help in his daily life!

About the job

The client is a young man living in a house with a garden who needs assistance to make his daily life function. We are looking for someone who is cheerful, positive, and humble, with a strong work ethic and a passion for working with people. You should be engaged and responsible. The most important thing is that the personal chemistry is right.

You should have experience or be trained in healthcare as the client has significant medical needs. He is wheelchair-bound and has his own car that assistants can drive. He communicates non-verbally through pictures and objects. You will assist our client with everything from daily chores, transfers, hygiene, shopping, cleaning, cooking, accompanying him on trips, training, and much more.

Working hours and employment rate: Varying. Working hours are scheduled for day/evening/night shifts.

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement, and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.

Start date: By agreement, lasting as long as the assistance assignment continues.

What we expect from you:

- Driver's license

- We are looking for someone who is positive, flexible, and has a professional attitude.

- You should have experience or be trained in healthcare

- You should have the desire to provide a high quality of life and a meaningful daily routine.

- You must be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

- You should value order and tidiness

- Be attentive to the client's needs

- Be flexible with tasks and working hours
