It is a merit if you have a B driver's license.

Working as a personal assistant can look very different depending on the customer's disability, as well as because we are all different individuals whether we have a disability or not. As a personal assistant, you compensate for what the customer cannot do themselves, so that they can live like others to the greatest extent possible. Working in another person's home places high demands on you as an assistant, and there may also be a family to consider. It is important to have a sense of how the customer wants things in different situations.
