JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you have a degree or ongoing education in social work? Are you a nursing assistant with skills in psychiatry and/or addiction?

We are now looking for summer substitutes and hourly substitutes for several of our units, warmly welcome your application!

Our operations include social interventions in social psychiatry and addiction, service housing with a focus on dual diagnosis, as well as a guiding and supportive meeting point. With us, you will have a varied and meaningful job where you meet people in different life situations.

Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Appendix J applies.

Your tasks include providing support and structure in everyday life, both in service housing and in the individual's own home. Delegated health and medical care tasks according to HSL and documentation in journal systems are part of the assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with ongoing education or a degree from a university or vocational college in social work, for example as a care and support coordinator, social worker, behavioral scientist, social pedagogue, or treatment assistant. Alternatively, you are a trained nursing assistant with a focus on psychiatry and/or addiction.

You have good digital skills and feel confident working in various operational systems. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

A driving license for a manual transmission is required. You also need to be comfortable cycling for work.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working with people with complex issues or dual diagnosis
• Experience working with people with challenging behaviors
• Knowledge of and experience with low-arousal approaches
• Experience with documentation and record-keeping
• Knowledge of IBIC
