Description
Your main tasks will be to investigate and assess the need for interventions for children and young people up to 20 years of age and their families according to SoL and LVU. You will be responsible for following up on decided interventions within both open care and inpatient care.
The work involves close collaboration with families, colleagues, and partners, and you will have the opportunity to work both independently and in a team. Travel may be required for the position, and therefore a driver's license is a requirement.
We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, takes responsibility for their assignment, and wants to contribute to development in a learning organization where quality, structure, and professionalism are in focus.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a degree in social work. Previous experience in public authority and investigative work is an advantage.
You have good collaboration skills and thrive in a role where dialogue, clarity, and trust-building work are central. You are attentive and empathetic, while also having good self-awareness and can make well-founded decisions in the role of a public authority representative.
To succeed in the assignment, you need to be structured, flexible, and have good analytical skills. You can easily see the big picture, think creatively about solutions, and work service-oriented with the child's best interests in focus.
We would like you to have training in BBIC, MI, and iRiSK. Our operational system is Treserva, and experience with the system is an advantage.
Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. You need to have a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.

Conditions
The position is a permanent full-time employment. A probationary period may apply.
Start date according to agreement.
