We are looking for a personal assistant for a boy living in central Karlstad!
We are looking for someone who is a calm and secure person with a great interest in working with people. You are social and have an easy time meeting people in a positive way. We want you to enjoy taking your own initiatives and coming up with various activities. Since you will find yourself in different situations at work, it is important that you are flexible and adaptable.
As a personal assistant, your duties include regular household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking. Since the person you will assist needs a lot of physical help, you will also assist with personal hygiene, transfers, etc. You will accompany the person you assist to various activities such as concerts, friend gatherings, theater, meetings, etc.
You must not be allergic to pets, and since the person you assist has communication difficulties, it is very important that you have good knowledge of Swedish.
The position is scheduled for every fourth Saturday (24-hour shift with sleeping on-call), and the working hours may be increased in the future. It is also an advantage if you can step in extra if the regular assistant is sick or wants to take time off.
