JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are further strengthening the competence in our preschools and need you as a licensed preschool teacher in the preschool area of Duved.

The preschools in Duved have taken a stand for a positive work climate where we spread joy to each other. We want to have fun at work, and now we need YOU.

We want the preschool to be a place that both children and adults long for. We value that you have a clear and secure self-leadership and take the lead in guiding the education and teaching in the children's group together with your colleagues throughout the day. We adults listen to what the children express and their interests and build together with the children a meaningful content based on the curriculum's values and mission as well as goals and guidelines. We offer you a stimulating and developing job with and for the children. Furthermore, you have individual and shared time for systematic quality work. Together with your team, you lead planning, documentation, reflection, and analyze and follow up your joint work.

Your job responsibilities also include actively participating in workplace meetings, area meetings, and meetings with guardians.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are a licensed preschool teacher or have applied for a license as a preschool teacher.

As a person, you work according to a clear process, organize and plan your work well, complete what has been started, and meet deadlines. You take active initiatives in social contexts, step forward, and find it easy to create new relationships. You can adapt and find win-win solutions through an unpretentious focus on the common goal. You keep yourself updated within your profession and area of expertise and trend-watch.

OTHER

The position is vacant provided that there is no surplus, need for relocation, or priority in the municipality. A probationary period may be applied.
