Mosippan is a preschool with 108 children. Our preschool is an inspiring workplace where we focus on the child. Everyone should feel involved, responsible, respected, and safe. We are looking for you

We are now looking for a qualified preschool teacher for Mosippan Preschool, starting in the spring of 2026 or by agreement. You will be part of a team where you will plan and be responsible for the children's education and development together. We assume that all children can and want to be in an environment where they have the opportunity to use and develop their skills. You are expected to develop trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You create curiosity and the desire to learn during planned activities as well as spontaneous moments. You have a good understanding of people's differences and relate to them in a sensitive and flexible way in teaching and the everyday life of the preschool. You create good relationships and collaborate well with the contacts that occur in your professional role.

Common tasks

• Plan and implement activities based on the curriculum
• Develop pedagogical content that inspires development and learning while stimulating and challenging children's interests, curiosity, and attention
• Provide each child with safe care and promote all children's development and learning
• Create learning opportunities based on children's needs and interests so that all children can develop according to their abilities and conditions
• As a preschool teacher, you will work with your colleagues to plan, teach, document, and evaluate the content of the operations

Your qualifications

Requirements

• Educated and licensed preschool teacher
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• You have good knowledge of the school's governing documents and can implement these in daily work
• Previous experience in preschool is an advantage
• You are computer literate, and it is an advantage if you have worked with digital systems aimed at preschools
