Änge School is a F-9 school with approximately 250 students. We work closely together to create comprehensive solutions for the students. Our work is based on the student's ability to develop and learn throughout the day.

The Department of Education and Child Care has about 800 employees. The department's activities extend across the entire municipality and include preschool, primary school F-9, adapted primary school, after-school care, nutrition and cleaning, mother tongue, and library services.

A Day as a German Teacher at Änge School

As a teacher, you will help develop the school's pedagogical activities. You are a clear and structured leader in the classroom with good pedagogical skills in teaching.

You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and focus on students' learning. You have the ability to see students' individual needs and can meet them based on their circumstances. You are well-versed in the school's governing documents and analyze, evaluate, and develop your teaching based on students' conditions, needs, and results.

You contribute to student influence and participation, and you have various tools to work formatively and language-developing in your teaching.

Your Competence

Requirements: Teaching certification with authorization to teach German in grades 6-9, and you also have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

You are a team player and see collaboration as a given for success in your role. You have the ability to create good relationships and communicate clearly with students, guardians, and colleagues.

You are self-sufficient and have the ability to carry out your work independently. You contribute to collegial learning with colleagues across all subjects by promoting a positive, solution-focused work climate in the teams.

Therefore, a salary supplement of 3000 SEK/month for full-time work is provided for certified teachers hired for this position.

Krokom, the municipality in the heart of Jämtland
