Hallens Kyrkskola is a F-9 school with 135 students where the atmosphere is good between students and staff. Our school overlooks Storsjö. We have access to an indoor swimming pool, a small sports hall, beautiful nature with an ice rink and cross-country and exercise tracks nearby, and we are only 20 km from Bydalsfjällen. Hallen is located between Åre and Östersund, and it is 40 km to Östersund and 60 km to Åre via the ice road/ferry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a teacher, you will work with the team to ensure the quality of the pedagogical work and participate in development work together with other teachers. The job includes overall responsibility for the students' social and academic development. You are responsible for systematically documenting, analyzing, evaluating, and following up on students' learning.

The work includes, in addition to the usual tasks such as planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of teaching and goal fulfillment, also regular contact with guardians and students for feedback on, among other things, knowledge development and the student's social skills and context.

Good results, high competence among the staff, and high expectations of the operations characterize our school.

QUALIFICATIONS

• We are looking for a certified teacher for grades 3-9 with subject competence in physical education.
• It is advantageous if you have previous experience teaching the subject.

As a person, we see that you are proactive, have a high level of personal maturity, and good collaboration skills. You easily build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues and have a sense of responsibility for teaching. You work according to a clear process, organize and plan your work well, complete what you start, and meet deadlines.

You need to be flexible, creative, and have a great deal of professional patience. You have a stable and secure personality and maintain a low-arousal approach. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
