About the Position

We are a small two-group preschool where there is a short path from idea to action. You will quickly see the effects of what you do, both in the children's group and in the organization as a whole.

As a preschool teacher with us, you will:

• Plan, lead, and follow up on teaching based on the preschool curriculum
• Be present in the children's everyday life – in play, routines, creation, and exploration
• Use digital tools for documentation, planning, and communication with guardians
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, special educators, and other professionals
• Contribute to an environment where every child is seen, heard, and involved – every day

Who We Are Looking For

You are confident in your professional role, enjoy teamwork, and believe that learning in everyday life is just as important for adults as it is for children. Reflecting together with colleagues is a natural part of the job for you.

We would like you to have:

• Licensure as a preschool teacher
• At least 1–2 years of experience working in preschool
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of the preschool's governing documents and the ability to implement them in practice
• Basic computer skills and curiosity about digital tools
