Preschool Lövsta is Hiring a Childcare Worker

Preschool Lövsta is a preschool with 95 children. Our preschool is an inspiring workplace where we focus on the child. All children should feel that preschool is fun, safe, and educational. We work based on the preschool's governing documents and have a language-developing approach. Collaboration and collegial learning are central to everyone at the preschool; we learn from and with each other to develop education. Our goal is to create a good education of high quality together with guardians and children, providing our children with the best conditions for lifelong learning. Together, we can make a difference every day.

This is a temporary position from March 1 to June 30, 2026, full-time.

Your New Job

As a childcare worker, you will work to promote children's development and learning. Together with colleagues in the work team, you will help create a safe and educational environment for the children. You will be involved in the pedagogical planning and development work according to the curriculum. To promote children's development, you will lead and participate in various activities, games, and adventures both indoors and outdoors.

Common Tasks

  • Promote children's development and participate in teaching
  • Lead and participate in various activities
  • Responsible for collaborating and communicating with guardians
  • Participate in the pedagogical development work
  • Participate in documenting the pedagogical work

Your Competence

  • Qualified childcare worker
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
  • You have good knowledge of the preschool's governing documents and can implement these in daily work.
  • You have a strong interest in pedagogical challenges and dare to challenge yourself and your colleagues to think about development.
  • Previous work experience is an advantage.
