We are currently looking for someone interested in working extra for a man living in central Krokom. It is easy to reach Krokom by public transport, and we can always adjust working hours to fit bus and train schedules. As a personal assistant, you will help with personal care, transfers, and tasks/activities both at home and in the community. There is an opportunity to work shifts with sleeping on-call or part of the day. Hours will be arranged with you from time to time.

It is beneficial if you have previous experience in care, certain diagnoses, and assistive devices, but it is not a requirement as you can learn these things quite quickly. The most important thing is that you enjoy working together. Start date is according to agreement.

PLEASE NOTE that you MUST be fully proficient in the Swedish language, as it is important that you understand each other!

For all assignments with us, the following applies:

- thorough introduction and training before starting

Please note that your application may be read by the representative of the assistance user, possibly by other personal assistants, as well as by staff at the office.

About us:

PERSONAL ASSISTANCE AGENCY has been around since 1996 and is thus the oldest assistance company in Jämtland! Our office is located at Folkets Hus/OSD, Krondikesvägen 93 D (the back side towards the racetrack) in Östersund. We have permission from IVO (the National Board of Health and Welfare) to conduct assistance operations as well as home care, and we naturally have a collective agreement (Fremia/Kommunal) for all our staff!
