JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The work of a social welfare officer is important, inspiring, and developing. Together with your colleagues, you will investigate, assess, and make decisions about interventions according to SoL, the Social Services Act.
Your work will involve collaborating with individuals, their relatives, colleagues, providers, and other professionals both internally and externally. You will have good opportunities to influence and contribute to the development work ongoing in the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
For this position, we are looking for someone who has:
- A degree in social work or a degree from a social care program.
- A valid driver's license (B). The position includes some travel, so a driver's license and driving experience are required.
- Experience in social welfare case management is an advantage but not a requirement.

- Handles stress constructively and maintains a good mood under pressure and adversity.
- Is solution-oriented. You see opportunities rather than difficulties and quickly find solutions to emerging problems.
