Payroll Administrator & Finance Assistant at Camp Pro Orthopedic Technology

We are now looking for a Payroll Administrator & Finance Assistant at Camp Pro Orthopedic Technology (Camp Pro). In this combined role, you will have overall responsibility for payroll for several subsidiaries of our corporate group and become an important key person in the organization’s daily finance-related administration.

You will report to the company’s administrative manager and work closely with HR, finance, managers, and colleagues in the organization. The role suits you who thrive with responsibility, have good structure, and want to work in an organization with a clear social commitment.

The position is located at Camp Pro in Stockholm, and the work is based at our receptions at Karolinska and Sophiahemmet. The position is full-time with an initial probationary period that will then transition into a permanent position.

Responsibilities

As a payroll administrator, you will independently manage the entire payroll process, which includes:

• Administering and handling payroll from start to finish,
• Registering, controlling, and ensuring the quality of payroll data such as time reports, absences, and compensations,
• Managing taxes, employer contributions, pensions, and insurances,
• Being the contact person for authorities such as the Tax Agency and the Social Insurance Agency,
• Supporting managers and employees in payroll and compensation-related questions,
• Contributing to the development and improvement of payroll processes, routines, and system support.

In addition to payroll work, tasks within finance are also included, where your responsibilities will include:

• Accounts receivable and payable, including handling supplier invoices, billing, and payments,
• Handling receipts and expenses,
• Support during monthly and annual closings,
• Cash reconciliations,
• Inventory accounting, such as ongoing inventories and handling and updating inventory records,
• Other administrative tasks within finance.

We are looking for someone who works with high integrity, has a service-oriented approach, and thrives in a role with significant personal responsibility. You are meticulous and structured with good system experience and the ability to plan your work effectively. You communicate clearly and professionally and find it easy to collaborate with different parts of the organization.

We would like you to have:

• High school education in finance, payroll, or equivalent relevant experience,
• Several years of experience as a payroll administrator and/or finance assistant,
• Good knowledge of Excel and experience working in payroll and finance systems, and
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English.

It is also meritorious to have:

• Experience with multiple collective agreements,
• Experience in HR or finance administration, and
• Previous work with administration in the healthcare or health sector.
