About the Role

To scale our business, we are always on the lookout for talents who want to join us on our exciting journey. Therefore, we are now expanding our People team with a dedicated recruiter whose primary responsibility is to find and recruit new stars for our fantastic production team in Kungsängen. As always in a scale-up, there may also be opportunities to work with adjacent areas to recruitment, such as employer branding, onboarding, and other important people-related processes. However, driving end-to-end recruitment is your main focus and expertise.

Finding the right skills in the automotive and production industry is challenging – and that’s exactly why we are looking for you, who already has the network, relationships, and intuition. At Carla, you will own the recruitment of our production roles in Kungsängen and play a crucial role in how we scale the future electric car business.

Here, it’s not enough to just post ads – you win candidates through networking, trust, presence, and long-term relationships.

We believe that you:

• Have several years of recruitment experience focused on the automotive industry

• Understand that skills in our industry are scarce and that successful recruitment requires more than ads – it requires a strong, established network and proactive search

• Have an established network of candidates in production/workshop/automotive that you actively nurture and develop

• Are confident in building relationships over time and gaining candidates' trust in a competitive market

• Know how to reach new talents by being present, relevant, and credible where the target group is

• Are used to handling multiple parallel specialist recruitments with high tempo and quality

• Are a clear and trustworthy communicator with both candidates and hiring managers

• Thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment where challenges are everyday and where we learn, test new things, and continuously improve

• Are unpretentious, hands-on, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves when needed

About Team People As a recruiter in Carla's excellent people team, you will work with 4 competent and engaged colleagues:

• Our excellent People Partner works with HR support for our production and logistics functions but also deals with labor law and workplace safety for the entire company.

• Our extraordinary Head of Talent Acquisition focuses on employer branding and recruitment of all our talented staff but also oversees the Glue group, which ensures we have engaging and fun social activities.

• Our latest star addition is our fantastic HR and recruitment coordinator who works with both HR and recruitment as well as payroll matters but also office-related issues.

• You report to our experienced CHRO who ties together the People portfolio and is, of course, an important part of Carla's management team.

Scope: Full-time Start: Q2 2026 Location: Kungsängen, Stockholm
