With the help of our approximately 3,000 dedicated employees across the country, we create simpler, smoother, and more sustainable homes for our customers every day.

Hemfrid is part of the KEYTO Group. Our headquarters is located at Tulegatan 11 in Stockholm.

About the role

At Hemfrid, Area Managers have full personnel responsibility for our collectively employed staff in the field. In this part-time role, you will work closely with them and serve as an important support in the daily operations.

Since this is a part-time position, you will not have formal personnel responsibility. However, you will be a key person in supporting personnel administrative matters, customer inquiries, and the operational flow in daily tasks. You will help create structure, relieve the team, and ensure that both employees and customers receive prompt and professional assistance.

Your tasks will include:

  • Ongoing administrative work

  • Customer contact via phone and email

  • Support in personnel matters, such as scheduling, absence, and practical questions

  • Relieving Area Managers in daily operational work

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is studying and wants to combine their studies with a rewarding part-time job. You are service-oriented, structured, and thrive in a role where you have many points of contact. As a person, you are solution-oriented and flexible, take great personal responsibility in your work, and are self-driven in pushing your tasks forward. You feel comfortable interacting with both customers and colleagues and find it easy to build trusting relationships.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer contact and relationship-building work

  • Good communication skills

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Practical information

We are primarily looking for someone who can work about one day a week as a starting point. The employment rate may vary from week to week and month to month depending on workload and any absences in the team.

During the summer period, there are also good opportunities to work more – both part-time and full-time.

Recruitment process
  • Selection tests (personality and logic)

  • Digital interview with the responsible recruiter

  • On-site interview with the hiring manager

  • Reference checks and background verification

Selection and interviews are ongoing, so please submit your application as soon as possible. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at [email protected]

We look forward to your application! ✨
